the decor felt quite dated. i found the coffee machine in the room difficult to operate and its coffee was not good. tv operation was also tricky, needing resets almost daily for streaming services.

The location was unbeatable, with union square just a short walk away. chinatown was practically around the corner. i found a cable car stop right at the hotel door. the hotel provided a handy pitcher for spring water refills. I appreciated this touch.

the decor inside felt a bit outdated, it could use some refreshing. filling up the water pitcher required a visit to different floors.
